For Shmucknunu it is beyond political. It is MENTAL. Yes, his extreme TDS is so severe that he is now attempting to keep President Donald Trump off the New Hampshire ballot in the presidential primary next year. News reports are now stating that it is the New Hampshire Secretary of State seeking legal advice on ABSURDLY blocking Trump from the primary ballot based on the 14th Amendment disqualifying officials who have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the USA from public office. Continued below the video
Trump has not even been charged with either insurrection or rebellion but that hasn’t stopped DESPERATE far left loonies from trying that politically weaponized lawfare to use that to keep him off the ballot in the general election in 2024. However, New Hampshire RINOs are also revealing themselves as crazed as the far left with the same attempt. Make no mistake about it, although it is the name of the New Hampshire Secretary of State in the news reports, it is definitely Shmucknunu behind this desperate and ILLEGAL attempt to keep Trump off the NH primary ballot.
We have a challenge and a welcomed opportunity to test the 14th Amendment theory in the courts. thehill.com/regulation/cou I remain firmly a skeptic of a theory that I believe is not just dubious but dangerous. Jonathan Turley
If you doubt this, then check out these clips of Shmucknunu going full TDS. Also note that despite Shmucknunu’s desperate wish that one of the other Republican presidential candidates would emerge from the Milwaukee debate, Trump REMAINS stronger than ever. As you can see, post-debate the News Nation anchor completely deflated the bloviating Shmucknunu by pointing out that Trump “stole the spotlight.”
It is more than obvious that since the debate did not work out as Shmucknunu planned he is now attempting to 14th Amendment Trump off the New Hampshire ballot. Shmucknunu knows that Trump winning the nomination next year means his terminal TDS will send him straight to the Rubber Room.
Joe Biden is plainly ineligible to stand for re-election as President under the 14th Amendment for engineering an insurrection and invasion on our Southern Border and for giving aid and comfort to our cartel enemies resulting in tens of thousands of dead Americans. – Stephen Miller 🔥

- In case you thought the legal offensive against President Trump wasn’t sinister enough, left-wing law professors are now arguing that the 14th Amendment bars Trump from running for office again WITHOUT ANY criminal conviction. They’re arguing, in effect, that he is guilty until proven innocent, and they claim that any government official is empowered to pass this judgment on him. The obvious purpose of this is a backup plan. Even if all of Jack Smith and Fani Willis’s rigged charges fail, their plan is to get swing-state radicals like Adrian Fontes in Arizona or Jocelyn Benson in Michigan to unilaterally kick Trump off the ballot in order to make the 2024 election unwinnable. Nobody is a bigger enemy of democratic elections or our Constitution than elite Democrats. – Charlie Kirk

- I don’t care how many lunatic leftist lawyers file to remove Trump off the ballot under the 14th amendment. Even if they get rubber stamps from radical leftist Obama judges, those cases will be thrown out when they get to the Supreme Court. Thanks President Trump for giving us a conservative Supreme Court that quotes from the Constitution instead of interpreting it. The same court that ended Roe v. Wade. I don’t care what these leftist idiots do, I will be voting for Donald J. Trump. I will write his name in if I have too. – Insurrection Barbie
- While I have great respect for these academics, I simply fail to see how the text, history or purpose of the 14th Amendment even remotely favors this view. Their analysis ends where it began: Was January 6 an insurrection or rebellion? – Jonathan Turley
