JUST IN: An individual by the name of Lawrence Caplan has filed in federal court to attempt to have President Donald Trump REMOVED AND DISQUALIFIED from the 2024 Presidential Election and barred from the ballot in the state of Florida under the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution. Caplan, who has publicly said he resides in South Florida, is arguing that President Trump cannot legally be on the 2024 election ballot as a candidate for US President because he “engaged in an insurrection”. This is the same legal method that was used to take @CowboyCouy off the ballot in New Mexico. – Laura Loomer

In case you thought the legal offensive against President Trump wasn’t sinister enough, left-wing law professors are now arguing that the 14th Amendment bars Trump from running for office again WITHOUT ANY criminal conviction. They’re arguing, in effect, that he is guilty until proven innocent, and they claim that any government official is empowered to pass this judgment on him. The obvious purpose of this is a backup plan. Even if all of Jack Smith and Fani Willis’s rigged charges fail, their plan is to get swing-state radicals like Adrian Fontes in Arizona or Jocelyn Benson in Michigan to unilaterally kick Trump off the ballot in order to make the 2024 election unwinnable. JUST IN: New Hampshire Secretary of State David Scanlan is considering a plan to remove Trump from the 2024 ballot under the 14th Amendment. They’re going to rig the 2024 election but this time they’re not even trying to hide it. The plan was introduced by Trump-endorsed attorney Bryant Messner, who ran for a state senate seat in 2020. The pair met on Friday to discuss the plan. “I really don’t view myself as turning on Trump, as odd as that sounds. I love this country. I’ve served this country. I’ve taken an oath to this country.
