    In the face of a formidable task to secure ballot access across all 50 states and Washington, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is actively criticizing legal maneuvers aiming to bar former President Donald Trump from appearing on the ballot in multiple states. The recent decision by the Colorado Supreme Court on December 19, which deemed President Trump ineligible in the state, based on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, has stirred significant controversy.

    The Colorado GOP has taken swift action, filing a petition to the U.S. Supreme Court on December 27, seeking a review of the Colorado Supreme Court decision. The stay granted by the Colorado Supreme Court is effective until January 4, 2024, just one day before ballots are scheduled to be printed, or until the U.S. Supreme Court makes a decision, potentially extending the stay.
