    Let’s face it. Haley vs DeSantis is merely the Deep State’s contest as to which they will try to force onto the ticket with Trump

    In a recent turn of events, former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley hinted at the possibility of joining forces with Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to challenge former President Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential primary. In an interview with NBC News and the Des Moines Register, Haley expressed openness to the idea of DeSantis as her potential vice president.  As if anyone actually believes this as she has just about a zero chance of winning the nomination.

    However, Haley emphasized her commitment to winning the primary on her own merits, stating, “I am going to defeat Donald Trump on my own. If he wants to join forces with me, I welcome that. But right now, we’ve got a race that we feel good about. We’ve got a surge. We’ve got momentum.”

    Contrary to Haley’s suggestion, DeSantis dismissed the notion of a collaboration, labeling the former U.N. ambassador as a “phony” and the “darling of the Never Trumpers,” as reported by NBC. DeSantis went further, accusing Haley of seeking the position of Trump’s vice president, a claim she did not directly address, asserting, “The reason I don’t answer that question is I don’t play my opponents’ games. I am not running to be vice president.”

    Please stop writing about statistics if you do not comprehend basic arithmetic. The cherrypicked poll had Trump at 48%, DeSantis at 17%, and 28% of RDS voters said Trump was their 2nd choice, 44% said Haley. Folks, that’s NOT an argument that supports consolidation. Haley is currently polling at 24.8% in New Hampshire and 16.1% in Iowa, trailing Trump, who leads in both states at 46.3% and 51.3%, respectively, according to RealClearPolitics.

    Haley told a reporter that she will “change personalities” after the Iowa caucus: “The structure of [the primary] is really amazing. Iowa starts it. YOU CHANGE PERSONALITIES, you go into New Hampshire.”

This according to media, but since reality has a way of smacking down this ‘potential collaboration’ of two candidates who are destined to be defeated for the nomination, all of this media speculation is nonsense.
