    There are numerous cases I can pull where they did not mention prior deportations or that there was an ICE hold. In fact, it is all part of the hiding of data on illegal immigration. Many on the left and the mainstream media love to use a narrative that “immigrants commit fewer crimes,” which is actually true if you are examining LEGAL immigrants! Illegal immigrants (Aliens) commit crimes at a significant level. But the data is hidden by sanctuary states and an open border advocating MSM. We could actually figure out some statistics by cross-examining ICE Deportation data with open-source information, but again, the left and the media know that is a hard lift, so they will continue pushing the narrative that illegal aliens don’t commit crimes.     In a tragic incident in Colorado, a man with a history of illegal entry into the U.S., deported four times, is now facing charges of vehicular homicide following a fatal crash that claimed the lives of a mother and her teenage son. The suspect, Jose Guadalupe Menjivar-Alas, hailing from El Salvador, had managed to enter the country undetected, despite being deported on multiple occasions, according to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokesperson.

    The 37-year-old Menjivar-Alas is accused of crashing his vehicle, resulting in the death of 47-year-old Melissa Powell and her 16-year-old son, Riordan, on December 12, as reported by the Broomfield Police Department. The charges filed against him include vehicular homicide reckless, vehicular homicide DUI, and habitual traffic offender.

    ICE revealed that Menjivar-Alas had a troubling history of four convictions for alcohol-related driving offenses in Boulder County Court, spanning from 2007 to 2019. Even more alarming, just four days prior to the fatal crash, a Boulder County judge had sentenced him to probation, community service, and work release, as disclosed by CBS News.

    So we now have (since Biden) 8,000,000 illegals in this country. Little is known about these people. In the U. S. about 5% of the population commit crimes. To be really conservative lets say only 1% of illegals are criminals. That’s 80,000 crimes about to be committed. ‘The infrastructure in the US is collapsing and the justice system is letting illegals run around committing crimes at will. Our country can’t handle more people as it is. We need to close the border and deport all the illegals if we want to save America,’ , says Paul A. Szypula

    Retired ICE Denver Field Office Director and current National Immigration Center for Enforcement (NICE) board member, John Fabbricatore, emphasized the dangers of sanctuary policies in light of this incident. He argued that such policies not only lack public benefit but also contribute to an increase in crime against citizens. Fabbricatore stated, “By giving sanctuary to illegal aliens, these policies inadvertently enable them to commit crimes without consequences. The safety of citizens must be our utmost concern.”

    ‘About 90% of the illegals coming here have no intention on getting jobs, they are coming here to do what they are doing in Europe. We will hear more and more stories about illegals committing crimes. They are here to destroy. Tell me I’m wrong?’ – Constitutional Gator. Highlighting what he perceives as the failures of Colorado’s sanctuary policies, Fabbricatore pointed out that these policies allowed a convicted criminal to remain in local communities on probation without notifying ICE. He advocated for the abolition of sanctuary policies, asserting that doing so could prevent unnecessary deaths. Additionally, he called for securing the border to address the root of the issue. Fabbricatore, who is running for Congress, stressed the need to end sanctuary policies to ensure the safety of the public.

    In response to Menjivar-Alas’s case, ICE Denver lodged a detainer with Broomfield County to facilitate his arrest. The agency spokesperson underscored the subject’s disregard for immigration law, citing ICE records that indicated he had been previously removed from the U.S. on four occasions between June 2009 and January 2015. The spokesperson stated, “ICE targets and arrests noncitizens who commit crimes and other individuals who have violated our nation’s immigration laws,” reiterating that anyone in violation of U.S. immigration law may face arrest, detention, and removal, regardless of nationality.
