    In a bold move, Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy broadcast an advertisement during Wednesday’s CNN debate, urging viewers to “turn this s— off.” Accusing the network of manipulating the final televised showdown ahead of the Iowa caucuses, Ramaswamy asserts that the mainstream media is attempting to sway the Iowa GOP caucus in favor of corporate candidates under their control. The ad, specifically targeted at Iowa markets, emphasizes that voters should not be deceived by the media’s tactics.

    “They don’t want you to hear from me about the truth of what really happened on January 6, the truth about the COVID origin, the Hunter Biden laptop story, and everything else they have lied to you about,” Ramaswamy declares in the ad. He encourages viewers to take control by using their remotes to switch off the broadcast, symbolically demonstrating this by aiming his own remote directly at the camera as the screen goes black.

    CNN recently revealed that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley would engage in a one-on-one debate, as they were the only qualified candidates based on polling. Notably, former President Trump, who met CNN’s requirements, opted for a Fox News town hall airing simultaneously with CNN’s debate, avoiding participation in any primary debates this election cycle.  Continued below the vid clip

    It’s absolutely irrelevant if you trust Vivek Ramaswamy or not. I’ve been skeptical. What is relevant is he is 100% correct here. Every patriot needs to watch and fully absorb what he is saying. Alex Jones trusts Vivek. That is good enough for me.

    CEO of Vivek 2024, Ben Yoho, sharply criticized CNN, describing it as “the furthest thing from a credible news network.” Yoho accuses CNN of repeatedly lying to its audience and applying Orwellian tactics by labeling basic facts as conspiracy theories. He points to CNN’s promotion of true conspiracy theories and misinformation, citing examples like Russiagate and the Hunter Biden laptop controversy.

    When questioned about Ramaswamy’s exclusion from the debate, a CNN spokesperson referred to the debate requirements, asserting that Ramaswamy did not meet the qualifications and declined to comment further.

    CNN established its own set of requirements for the GOP debate, stipulating that qualifying candidates must receive at least 10% in three separate national and/or Iowa polls of Republican caucusgoers or primary voters that meet CNN’s reporting standards. According to the RealClearPolitics average of polls, Ramaswamy falls short, averaging 4.2% nationally and 7.5% in Iowa, although a recent poll by Morning Consult showed him reaching 10% support. Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie also failed to qualify for the debate.
