Sen. Rubio introduces the Mandatory Removal Proceedings Act to automatically initiate deportation proceedings for foreign nationals whose visas are revoked on security grounds. Will Biden allow such an act to pass? Would he sign this act as a gesture to the American people that he will no longer infest the nation with terrorists and criminals that he has coming in daily now, from all over the world? ‘Right now, America is being invaded. Within this government funding dispute, we have to demand that the border be closed. NO DEPORTATIONS + NO BORDER = NO GOVERNMENT FUNDING’ – Matt Gaetz – see fast 4 min 18 sec clip below

Rubio’s Press Release On The Bill:
Foreign nationals who have their visa revoked on security-related grounds should be immediately removed from the United States. However, current law allows these foreign nationals to remain in our country at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) discretion.
U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) and colleagues introduced the Mandatory Removal Proceedings Act to mandate that DHS initiate removal proceedings for any foreign national whose visa is revoked on security-related grounds.
- “Supporting terrorism disqualifies individuals from having a visa, and we should not allow these individuals to remain in our country based on the whims of this administration. The Mandatory Removal Proceedings Act stands as a decisive measure, ensuring that when a visa is revoked on security grounds, that individual is automatically placed in removal proceedings.” – Senator Rubio
Rubio was joined in his efforts by Senators J.D. Vance (R-OH), Mike Lee (R-UT), and Ted Cruz (R-TX).
U.S. Representative Wesley Hunt (R-TX) introduced companion legislation in the House.
- “I am pleased to lead Senator Marco Rubio’s Mandatory Removal Proceedings Act in the House of Representatives, and I applaud his efforts to tackle this matter in the United States Senate. At a time when Biden’s Border Crisis is crippling the American people, we need an all-hands-on-deck approach to solving this crisis, and the Mandatory Removal Proceedings Act is a significant step in that direction. I am proud to lead this effort in the House and urge my colleagues to join me in holding the Biden Administration and DHS accountable to the American people.” – Congressman Hunt
- “National security demands decisive action. Unfortunately, we’re not getting that from this administration. The Mandatory Removal Proceedings Act draws a clear line: If Secretary Mayorkas won’t act, Congress will. Those aligning with terrorist ideologies forfeit their right to be in the U.S. This is about protecting our nation, plain and simple.” – Senator Lee
Flashback … Following the Hamas attack on October 7, 2023, Senator Rubio pushed to include a provision in the national defense bill to revoke visas and initiate deportation proceedings for any foreign national who has endorsed or espoused the terrorist activities of Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, or any other foreign terrorist organization. – Senator Marco Rubio

In a bid to address national security concerns, Republicans in both the U.S. House and Senate are championing a new bill that aims to expedite removal proceedings for illegal immigrants whose visas have been revoked on security grounds. But in light of the fact that Mayorkas and the rest of the Biden Administration have it as unwritten policy to not even remove terrorists from our shores once caught, it seems then unlikely that he would sign a bill to remove such criminals.
It’s like every week we hear some bill being introduced to make illegal immigration illegal, which is absurd- Robert Chandra
The existing legislation allows individuals in such circumstances to remain in the country at the discretion of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. To counter this, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio, a Republican from Florida, along with other lawmakers, has introduced the Mandatory Removal Proceedings Act.
The core objective of this act is to compel the Department of Homeland Security to initiate removal proceedings for any individual whose visa is revoked due to security-related issues. Senator Rubio underscored the necessity of this legislation in a released statement.

“Individuals supporting terrorism should be disqualified from holding a visa, and we should not permit these individuals to continue residing in our country solely based on the discretionary decisions of the current administration,” Rubio emphasized.

Similarly, in the House, U.S. Representative Wesley Hunt, a Republican from Texas, introduced companion legislation, aligning with the Senate’s push for more stringent immigration measures.
“In the midst of the ongoing Border Crisis under the Biden administration, we require a comprehensive approach to address this challenge, and the Mandatory Removal Proceedings Act represents a significant stride in that direction,” Hunt commented in a statement.

The proponents of the bill are highlighting the urgency of their proposal, citing the need for a decisive response to the complex issues surrounding immigration and national security. The focus on individuals with revoked visas due to security concerns reflects a broader effort to strengthen the country’s defenses against potential threats.
The bill addresses the potential risks posed by individuals whose visas are revoked on security grounds. By mandating removal proceedings, the legislation seeks to prevent these individuals from lingering within U.S. borders, emphasizing the need for a proactive approach in safeguarding the nation.

Critics, however, argue that such measures may be overly broad, potentially impacting individuals who pose no real threat to national security. Striking a balance between protecting the country and avoiding undue discrimination remains a key point of contention. Democrats would take this fake line of defense as they do not want even killers and rapists removed from the U.S. The Democrats have adopted the Cloward-Piven Strategy which was devised in the 1960s, to destroy the United States from within. The more criminals and illegals that are here, destroying the lives of Americans, the better in their warped way at looking at our nation. They desire to bankrupt the United States to bring about a new ‘Great Reset’ based on Marxism. They are succeeding, and they currently control over 95% of media, restricting access to such knowledge as they transform the United States into the hellhole that is needed to bring about their ‘change’.
The ongoing Border Crisis, as mentioned by Representative Hunt, provides additional context for the proposed legislation. Supporters argue that the current challenges at the border underscore the need for swift and decisive action to manage immigration effectively.
What do you think the chances are of this bill going anywhere? Sounds good –> Remove foreign nationals whose visas were revoked. I have become extremely skeptical and think so many moves like this are just dead-end posturing. We will see. https://t.co/AIXb5tYcJj

As the bill progresses through the legislative process, its fate remains uncertain. Balancing the imperative to enhance national security with the protection of individual rights and due process will likely be a central focus of the ongoing debates.
To Sum It All Up: the Mandatory Removal Proceedings Act introduced by Republican lawmakers signals a push for more stringent immigration measures in response to security concerns. The proposed legislation, spearheaded by Senator Marco Rubio and Representative Wesley Hunt, reflects an effort to proactively address potential threats while navigating the complexities of immigration policy. As the bill advances, the nation awaits the outcome of debates surrounding the delicate balance between national security and individual rights. All eyes will be on President Biden. Biden’s Administration has made it a policy to get in as many criminals and terrorists without fear of expulsion. To what end, we will all soon find out, but we can guess. Why in the world would an American President do all he can to invite and enable terrorists coming into our nation? The open border is, as of this writing on January 14th, 2024, still wide open as a signal to all enemies of the United States to come in and prey on our citizens. Biden has accommodated them even to the point of paying them $2200 each, per month for as long as they stay. You can then say, knowing this, we are paying criminals and terrorists to be here. Why, is what the average American wants to know. As more citizens find out about these criminals being paid to be here, support for the Democrat Party falls. Come November, assuming a fair election, the Democrat Party faces annihilation in states all across the nation.
