Before visiting Krachenfels, Lake had already been involved with news reporters and volunteers at the Trump campaign’s office in Urbandale. It was at this office that she encountered Jayce Krachenfels, the eldest son of the family, who shared his father’s health struggles, ultimately leading to Lake’s hospital visit.
Please pray for Tim!
While phone banking, I met an amazing Family. All 12 kids passionately volunteer for President Trump at every event.

Reflecting on the visit, Terra Krachenfels highlighted the uplifting impact it had on her husband’s spirits. She emphasized the sense of unity within the Trump campaign, likening it to a big family representing Trump’s caring nature.
Tim Krachenfels, 45, explained the events leading to his hospitalization, revealing that he and his wife attended President Trump’s Fox News town hall on January 10 at the Iowa Events Center. Following the event, he began feeling unwell, initially attributing it to a preexisting medical issue. However, it turned out to be more serious—an amalgamation of his previous condition, the flu, and a resulting blood infection.
Busy day for the Family!!!

After seeking emergency care on January 11, Krachenfels was discharged but continued to worsen. An ambulance was dispatched to their home, and it became evident that he needed urgent hospitalization.
Iowans are some of the most patriotic people in this country.
And I can promise you this: Not even a blizzard could slow them down.
They would crawl through broken glass to caucus for President Donald Trump and #MAGA.
Tomorrow, they’ll make history.

Despite the critical situation, the couple urged their Trump-campaigning children to continue their mission without letting their father’s hospitalization deter them. Both emphasized the importance of the current political climate and the dedication needed to support President Trump during a crucial time.
Speaking from another hospital where he was transferred, Krachenfels expressed hope for a discharge on Sunday, emphasizing the commitment of his family to the Trump campaign.
