    Grieving mom suing the Biden DHS and HHS for $100 million after Her autistic daughter Kayla Hamilton was raped and murdered by an illegal immigrant who was a known MS-13 gang member from El Salvador.     In a deeply distressing turn of events, Tammy Nobles, the mother of 20-year-old autistic woman Kayla Hamilton, is taking legal action against the federal government following the rape and murder of her daughter in 2022 by a 17-year-old MS-13 gang member from El Salvador. The tragic incident unfolded in Aberdeen, Maryland, where the suspect was living with Kayla in a trailer. Arrested in January 2023 based on DNA evidence, he now faces charges of first-degree murder, rape, and robbery, with his trial scheduled for June 28.

    Nobles, sharing her anguish during a recent testimony before the House Homeland Security Committee, emphasized that, to her, this transcends politics; it’s about the safety of every individual in the United States. She implored lawmakers, saying, “This could have been anyone’s daughter. I don’t want any other parent to endure the nightmare I am living. I am her voice now, and I will fight tirelessly to share her story and raise awareness about border issues.”

    In her pursuit of justice, Nobles is seeking $100 million from the U.S. government, pointing fingers at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) for failing her daughter. She alleges that they allowed the unidentified migrant into the country without proper identity verification, neglected to confirm a verified sponsor, and allowed him to be placed in a holding facility, from which he ultimately fled, becoming Kayla’s roommate.

Disturbingly, almost 10,000 of them remain in the custody of the DHHS’ Office of Refugee Resettlement, underscoring the strain on the system.

The Biden Administration cares not for the hundreds or thousands of migrants dying coming across the border. Biden and the Democrats care not for the 150K plus killed per year with drug poisonings.
