    Border Security Dilemma: Conflicting Views and Policy Disarray in the Biden Administration

    In a recent White House press briefing, a reporter confronted Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre with a question regarding the apparent disparity in views between President Joe Biden and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) head Alejandro Mayorkas on the security of the U.S.-Mexico border.

    Last Friday, President Biden openly acknowledged that he does not believe the border is secure, contradicting Mayorkas, who has consistently asserted the opposite in various testimonies. The reporter inquired about the reason behind this stark contrast in their assessments during Monday’s briefing. Biden doesn’t seem to know what day it is at times, so these brief outings with reality are not to be trusted as representing his true thoughts. to the extent that he even has them.

    Jean-Pierre responded with the familiar justification that President Biden is awaiting additional funding from Congress to enhance border security measures. She emphasized the urgency of addressing the border situation and the need for immediate action.

    However, the claim that Biden is awaiting funding becomes questionable when considering his directive to dismantle barriers erected by Texas state authorities and the National Guard. This move appears incongruent with the purported need for increased resources. We already know what the man has done each time he does get funding. it is to increase the number of illegals coming in. Between that and hiding the numbers, he has spent billions of taxpayer dollars Congress has estimated that the cost for illegal alone this year is expected to top 451 billion dollars that we do not have.

    In a separate exchange during the briefing, Fox News reporter Peter Doocy highlighted an incident in Fairfax County, Virginia, where authorities ignored an ICE detainer, releasing an illegal immigrant from Honduras charged with sexually assaulting a minor and producing explicit material. Doocy suggested that this incident reveals a lack of understanding regarding the individuals entering the country amid a surge in border crossings.

    ‘So we’re supposed to believe the same White House cutting down the Texas border barbed wire and suing states for enforcing immigration laws wants border security?’ said Rep Issa.

    Senator Bill Haggerty on Fox said ‘President Trump had the border secured—and Biden could put those successful policies back in place today, yet he refuses. This White House has shown zero good faith in addressing the border crisis they have created.’ See clip below

    Jean-Pierre dismissed Doocy’s concerns and once again shifted the blame to Congress. She also asserted that President Biden recently visited the border, a statement inconsistent with the fact that Biden’s last visit occurred over a year ago and was a brief stopover at best.

    The apparent contradiction in the administration’s stance on border security raises questions about the effectiveness of current policies and the commitment to addressing the challenges at the southern border. The acknowledgment by President Biden that the border has not been secure for a decade, coupled with Mayorkas’ repeated assertions to the contrary, underscores the lack of a unified narrative within the administration.

    Critics argue that blaming Congress for the delay in securing the border seems insufficient, especially when President Biden is actively dismantling existing barriers. The need for a comprehensive strategy to address the surge in border crossings, coupled with a clear communication of the administration’s position, becomes imperative.

    The incident in Fairfax County serves as a poignant example of the potential consequences of lax immigration enforcement. As the number of individuals arriving at the border continues to break records, concerns about the thorough vetting of entrants and the potential risks to public safety become more pronounced.

    The discrepancies in statements made during the press briefing further contribute to the perception that the administration lacks a cohesive and transparent approach to border security. The public’s trust in the government’s ability to manage immigration effectively may erode if these inconsistencies persist.  This is the media’s take. The truth is the public has already lost all trust in the government’s ability to handle the border.  We have all seen the plans, and the ideas and the lies.

    Biden and the Democrats intend on over-running the population with enough illegals, each making $2200 per month in welfare plus many other benefits, that it will dissolve the dollar into oblivion sometime in the next few years so they can attempt their ‘Global Marxist reset.  It will be up to the citizens to stand up to this intentional destruction of our nation. First at the ballot box in November. If games are played once again at 3 am like in 2020, then perhaps Americans will be taking stronger measures before a gun is in their faces and they are thrown into a gulag.
