    Landmark Decision: New York Court Strikes Down Noncitizen Voting Law, Fueling Debate on Election Integrity

    The Democrats continue in their efforts to subvert the Constitution by allowing illegals to vote. Illegal voters are expected to number in the millions in November, all for Biden and all guided by texts received from the government cell phones. It’s all part of the plan to destroy freedom.

    In a significant development for election integrity, a state appeals court ruled on Wednesday that a New York City law allowing noncitizen voting in local elections is unconstitutional. The decision, issued by the Appellate Division for the Second Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the State of New York on Feb. 21, declared the law, known as “Our City, Our Vote,” null and void, stating that it was enacted in violation of the New York State Constitution and Municipal Home Rule Law.

    The law, passed in December 2021 by the Democrat-controlled New York City Council, aimed to permit approximately 800,000 documented noncitizens with federal work authorizations to participate in all municipal elections, including those for mayor. Advocates, primarily Progressive Democrats, argued that the measure would enhance inclusivity in U.S. politics by granting voting rights to immigrants without citizenship.

    Former New York Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez, a Democrat and co-sponsor of the bill, asserted in the summer of 2021 that the law’s fundamental consequence would be the expansion of voting rights. However, New York Republicans strongly opposed the legislation, contending that it would compromise the integrity of elections and unconstitutionally diminish the power of U.S. citizens’ votes.

    Shortly after the law’s enactment in January 2022, legal challenges were mounted by opponents, including then-state Republican chairman (now U.S. Representative) Nick Langworthy. In response to the bill’s passage in December 2021, Langworthy pledged to pursue legal action to prevent what he deemed a dangerous and unconstitutional law.

    The initial legal setback for “Our City, Our Vote” came when Judge Ralph Porzio of the New York State Supreme Court for Staten Island ruled that the legislation violated the state Constitution, emphasizing that every citizen is entitled to vote. Despite the lower court’s decision, New York City Mayor Eric Adams’ administration defended the law and appealed the ruling.

    The recent appeals court decision dealt a blow to those efforts, and it remains unclear whether Mayor Adams’ office intends to file another appeal. Republican Representative Nicole Malliotakis hailed the decision as a victory for preserving election integrity and the voice of American citizens.

    In addition to the state-level legal challenges, the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) filed a federal lawsuit alleging that the noncitizen voting law violated the 15th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and the Voting Rights Act due to its alleged racial intent. PILF President J. Christian Adams welcomed the appeals court decision, stating that it marks a crucial step in preventing foreign interference in New York City’s elections. He highlighted explicit statements made by members of the City Council regarding the racial motivation behind the law.

    The landscape of noncitizen voting laws varies across states. While there are federal laws prohibiting noncitizens from voting in federal elections, state constitutions lack specific prohibitions in this regard. However, eight states, including Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, North Dakota, Ohio, and now New York, have laws explicitly stating that noncitizens may not vote in state and local elections. Kentucky is considering joining this list with a recently introduced bill seeking to prohibit noncitizen voting.

    Meanwhile, the debate over noncitizen suffrage continues, with California’s San Francisco Elections Commission making headlines for appointing a noncitizen, Kelly Wong from Hong Kong, as an official. Wong, who cannot vote in federal elections, was appointed in accordance with a 2020 measure that removed citizenship requirements for serving on San Francisco city boards and commissions. The move has sparked both praise for inclusivity and criticism as part of a perceived progressive agenda undermining citizenship privileges.

    Once the criminal aliens are texted instructions on sending in ballots, Democrats know that ballots will not be challenged. All votes must count, the Marxists will cry. They never seem to add the important part, which is all legal votes must count. But as an example, take Texas and what is about to happen there. Soros prosecutors control Austin, Houston, Dallas and many other cities. They have pledged to not investigate voter fraud. If they get many millions of fake ballots, none will be investigated, and all will be counted in Marxist and Democrat controlled areas.  Paxton, as of this writing, is still not allowed to even investigate voter fraud thanks to Deep State scam done by RINOS in the state. In other words, Texas is in play folks.  Lindell’s security people showed how the Dems had over 1 million fake ballots in 2020.  This time they can up it to 5 million and take the state. Texas will be blue thanks to fraud if we let them get away with it.

    To this day there are 150K freshly printed ballots that were counted for Biden in Georgia in 2020, stealing the state legally. They are sitting in a warehouse collecting dust. Never folded but supposedly mailed and counted at 3:30 am after the Democrats and Deep State got the exact numbers needed to steal the state. The warehouse is protected by the Deep State Governor Kemp, who has made sure that Georgia will be Deep State controlled and will go to whoever they please.  Trump won Georgia with legal votes.  But the Deep State rules now in America as we head into banana republic territory.  Kemp makes sure no one can view these ballots as they are proof positive, as if we needed any more, that Trump won the state.

The Democrats will not stop in their efforts and know full well that come November Biden is expected to lose badly. Illegal votes are pivotal to him even having a chance all across the nation.
