According to her, representatives from hotels and restaurants have consistently approached her, expressing the urgent need for migrant workers. Hochul’s claim reflects a broader sentiment among business owners seeking to address labor shortages by tapping into the pool of undocumented workers.

    Notably, New York City’s Democratic Mayor, Eric Adams, aligns with Governor Hochul’s strategy to facilitate the rapid inclusion of illegal immigrants into both government and private sector jobs. Mayor Adams specifically highlighted the success in attracting nearly 30,000 applicants, including those with work authorization, asylum seekers, and Temporary Protected Status (TPS) recipients, to fill positions, particularly addressing the shortage of lifeguards.

    In promoting the plan to prioritize illegal immigrants over citizens for job opportunities, New York State Senate Labor Committee chair Jessica Ramos, a Democrat, equated “New Yorkers” with the migrants she advocated for. Ramos emphasized the importance of ensuring that every New Yorker who desires to work should have the opportunity, particularly when considering the availability of state jobs. Additionally, she proposed higher taxes on the affluent to fund these new job opportunities, addressing income inequality and the purported hoarding of wealth.

    However, the push to prioritize illegal immigrants in employment comes amid a broader economic landscape in which high-income individuals are increasingly leaving New York. Reports from late 2023 revealed that ten more billionaires departed for Florida, citing the state’s rising tax rates and unfriendly business environment. This trend is not isolated to billionaires, as a 2022 study indicated a 10% decline in taxpayers earning over $750,000 in New York City.

    Moreover, Mayor Adams acknowledged in January that the city is experiencing an exodus of the working class, characterizing it as a “hemorrhaging” of this demographic. The combined effects of escalating taxes and regulatory burdens are creating an environment that prompts both the wealthy and the working class to seek alternatives outside of New York.

    To Sum it all up: Governor Hochul’s initiative to prioritize illegal aliens for state jobs has sparked a divisive debate on immigration policy and its implications for New York’s workforce. The plan to bankrupt America is in full force. The mor illegals invited in, the effect multiplies as Biden and the Democrats invite 10 more. All of these folks are getting on low end $2200 per month in welfare.  Come election time, they will all be asked to register for Biden, and they will all be mailing in illegal ballots in the election in November. Citizenship means nothing, and Soros prosecutors even in Texas have pledged to not investigate voter fraud. Which means, prepare for massive fraud in November, as it is the only way Biden and the Dmeocrats can even dare to have a chance up against the wave of MAGA sweeping the nation.
