She indicated during today’s hearing she thought the motion was premature, but this isn’t a total loss. DOJ really struggled to provide clear definitions for “unauthorized,” “willfully,” and the office/authority “entitled to receive them.” More to come on this, which Cannon hints at in her order. – Julie Kelly
