Former President Donald Trump is currently leading President Joe Biden in the polls concerning the upcoming November elections. Despite the involvement of third-party candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Republicans are maintaining a strong position.
According to a poll conducted from May 15-19 by Harvard/Harris, if the 2024 election were held today, President Trump would secure 47 percent of the vote, which is nine percentage points higher than Biden’s 36 percent. The inclusion of RFK Jr. slightly narrows Trump’s lead to eight percent. Another poll from Echelon Insights indicates that Trump is ahead with 49 percent support, maintaining a three percentage point lead over Biden, which expands to five points with RFK Jr. in the race.

Rasmussen Reports released a poll earlier this month showing Trump leading in a three-way contest with Biden and RFK Jr., capturing 46 percent of likely U.S. voters. This represents a substantial 10 percentage point lead over Biden, who has 36 percent support. A Morning Consult poll from May 20 portrays a closer race, with Trump slightly ahead by one percentage point, 44 to 43 percent. The race has tightened compared to pre-Super Tuesday figures, where Trump had a more consistent lead.
Despite the polling figures, Biden retains a “popularity edge” over Trump, with recent data showing Biden’s net favorability rating surpassing Trump’s for three consecutive weeks, the longest such stretch since April 2023. Betting odds at Polymarket currently favor Trump to win a second term, with 55 percent backing him, a 14 percentage point advantage over Biden’s 39 percent.

In key battleground states, Trump is favored in various surveys. An average of multiple polls by RealClear Polling reveals Trump leading in all seven pivotal swing states, including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. His overall lead across these states is 3.6 percentage points, with the largest margins in Nevada and North Carolina.
Comments from Spencer Kimball, executive director of Emerson College Polling, suggest a shift in voter indecision, with fewer undecided voters and Biden gaining ground in states like Georgia and Nevada, although Trump maintains a slight advantage in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Robert Cahaly from the Trafalgar Group highlights the role of “hidden voters” for Trump, who are increasingly being factored into poll predictions, leading to a more accurate reflection of Trump’s support.

Trump is also gaining traction among minority voters, historically a strong base for the Democrats. A Gallup survey in February indicated that while the Democrats still lead among black and Hispanic voters, their margin has significantly narrowed, benefiting Trump. Despite these trends, Democratic figures like Rep. James Clyburn assert that Biden continues to hold strong support within these communities, citing personal experiences in predominantly African American settings.
Amid these political dynamics, President Biden has critiqued Republican efforts against diversity, equity, and inclusion, positioning his campaign as inclusive, in contrast to what he describes as the exclusionary agenda of Trump and his supporters. We all know the truth of it all, and African Americans are finally catching on to the corruption and destruction of the Democrat Party. The fake slogans and policies of the Biden Administration are not helping to lower prices in the grocery stores, so no matter how much they lie, with the help of media, all Biden and his ilk are really doing is growing Trump’s base of support beyond the ability to cheat. For Biden to win in November, at least as of today 5/22/2024, Biden and the Deep State will have to fake even more tens of millions of fake votes and ballots. But this time, if they try, the United States is set to explode as we all know what is happening and what Biden and crew are trying to do to American freedom and our Constitution.
