The Left is intent on allowing illegals to flood every state in the Union. They will use any means to make sure that Biden and the Democrats have millions more voters (illegals) in all states, and will use lawfare at will.
A federal judge in Iowa has temporarily halted a state law that empowered local law enforcement to arrest undocumented immigrants, stating that immigration enforcement is primarily a federal responsibility, not a state one. The law, known as SF2340 and enacted in April, allowed local authorities to detain migrants who had been previously deported or barred from entering the U.S. Additionally, the legislation enabled judges to issue orders to deport individuals back to their countries of origin.

This Iowa statute mirrors aspects of a Texas law that also extends similar enforcement powers to state law enforcement agencies. Like its Iowa counterpart, the Texas law is currently suspended as it undergoes legal review.
The legal challenge to the Iowa law was spearheaded by the ACLU of Iowa, which successfully obtained an emergency injunction to prevent the law from being implemented. In his decision, Judge Stephen Locher remarked that while the law might be politically justifiable, it does not align with constitutional principles. He emphasized that immigration laws are under the purview of the federal government, not the states.

Iowa’s Attorney General, Brenna Bird, a Republican, expressed her disappointment with the court’s decision. She criticized the federal administration for its handling of border security and argued that the state was compelled to act due to perceived federal inaction. “Since Biden refuses to secure our borders, he has left states with no choice but to do the job for him,” Bird stated, confirming the intention of the state to appeal the ruling in support of the law aimed at reinforcing local immigration controls.
This ruling underscores a recurring theme in U.S. legal precedents, where courts have consistently affirmed that the responsibility for immigration enforcement rests with the federal government, not the states. But the question then is, if we have such a Federal government as we do now, that intends on destroying the United States via overwhelming it and crashing the economy, and dominating via fake votes, then what/ November will be all telling.
