This whole ‘fake elector’ scam concocted by the media and the Left is starting to lose in court. One still thinks what would have happened had this same crew been around for the election of Kennedy, where so called ‘fake electors’ were used to win Hawaii. But Democrats don’t seem to want this to be generally known.
In Nevada, a judge recently dismissed charges against six individuals, labeled as “fake electors,” who had claimed that former President Donald Trump won the state in the 2020 presidential election. The decision was made by Clark County District Judge Mary Kay Holthus, who identified an incorrect choice of venue by the Nevada attorney general’s office as the basis for her ruling. This decision halted the plans for a trial that was set for January.

The lawsuit, initiated by Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford in Clark County, was argued by defense attorneys to be improperly located. They suggested that the case should have been filed in a northern Nevada city, closer to where the events in question took place. In response to the judge’s dismissal, John Sadler, a spokesperson for the attorney general’s office, expressed disagreement and indicated that an appeal would be filed immediately.
The charges against the pro-Trump electors—Michael McDonald, Jesse Law, Jim DeGraffenreid, Durward James Hindle III, Shawn Meehan, and Eileen Rice—were serious, involving felony accusations of offering a false instrument for filing and uttering a forged document. The potential penalties for these charges could have led to several years in prison. The state had accused them of pretending to be legitimate electors to undermine the outcome of a valid presidential election. The lawfare of the Left has become very Soviet in nature. Using the power of government to go after political rivals must soon be met in kind, or the Democrats will abuse the courts for years to come.

Moreover, this scheme of alternate electors depended on former Vice President Mike Pence certifying slates of Trump-supporting electors from battleground states rather than the actual Electoral College votes for now-President Joe Biden. Pence, however, declined to do so on January 6, 2021—the day the election results were to be certified—which was also the day when the Capitol was stormed by a mob of Trump supporters.
This incident in Nevada is part of a broader scenario where similar charges have been brought against pro-Trump electors in other battleground states, including Michigan, Georgia, and Arizona. Several of Trump’s attorneys, who orchestrated this plan, face charges in various states related to these efforts. Trump himself has been charged federally and in Georgia regarding his attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results. He has pleaded not guilty to these charges. It is all a witch hunt, and will be exposed as such over time.
This was a stupid mistake by prosecutors that could have been avoided. Maybe if they wanted lib jurists, they could have tried to get it filed in Washoe County NV.

President Biden supposedly secured Nevada in the 2020 election by a margin of over 33,000 votes, despite the controversy and subsequent legal challenges that have unfolded. Since many have estimated that well over 100K fake ballots and illegal votes were used to guarantee the Biden win, as of today no court will allow the evidence to be presented. This gives the Left their favorite talking point these days claiming that no court has decided that the election was stolen. The power over the bench runs deep for the powers that be. The power and control over media to constantly lie to the public goes even further. But now, the American people are awake They see the creeping dictatorship of the Democrats and Deep State, and November is set to be all telling.
