I used to be a big fan of Tom Hanks, until he started coming out more and more for Democrats. If these actors would just stick to acting, they can do much better than if they tell us all their nonsense. With that, I still like the man.
Tom Hanks and Robin Wright explore significant life moments in the trailer for the upcoming film “Here,” directed by Robert Zemeckis. Scheduled for release by Sony’s TriStar Pictures on November 15, “Here” is a drama that tells the story of multiple families across generations, all set within a single location that serves as the home for Hanks’ and Wright’s characters.

The trailer opens with an early interaction between the two main characters, highlighting their relationship’s evolution over time. Hanks’ character reflects, “Time sure does fly, doesn’t it?” to which Wright’s character responds, “It sure does.” The footage later shows Hanks inviting Wright to stay at his home: “You know, if you like, you could spend the rest of the night here.” She replies, “I could spend the rest of my life here.” The cast also includes Paul Bettany, Kelly Reilly, and Michelle Dockery.
The film is based on the graphic novel of the same name by Richard McGuire. Zemeckis directed the movie from a script he co-wrote with Eric Roth. Producers for the film include Zemeckis, Jack Rapke, Derek Hogue, and Bill Block.
An interesting aspect of “Here” is the use of advanced technology to de-age Hanks and Wright, a crucial element for the film’s narrative that spans several decades. This de-aging process is accomplished through the AI-driven tool Metaphysic Live. Zemeckis has noted that the film’s storytelling relies heavily on the actors’ ability to transform seamlessly into their younger selves.
