The terrorists have attacked Israel for years. These attacks have intensified since their fellow terror group Hamas was let in by Israel to kill Israelis. And now, the war may widen…
Tensions along the border between Israel and Lebanon have escalated, with frequent exchanges of fire involving Israeli forces and the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah. Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah, issued a stark warning recently, claiming that all of Israel would be vulnerable in the event of a war, highlighting the reach of Hezbollah’s missiles and drones.

Hezbollah’s ability to challenge Israel’s defense capabilities was demonstrated through a detailed surveillance video released by the group, showing an unmanned aerial vehicle that managed to evade the Iron Dome defense system and record footage of sensitive locations in Israel, including a facility operated by Rafael Advanced Defense Systems—the manufacturer of the Iron Dome system.
This incident explains the growing sophistication of Hezbollah’s arsenal, which includes not just traditional rockets but also advanced drones and precision-guided missiles. Experts, like Tom Karako from the Center for Strategic and International Studies, emphasize that Hezbollah’s capabilities significantly exceed those of other regional groups like Hamas, with an estimated arsenal that could include up to 100,000 projectiles. Iran has armed them quite well using American money given to them by President Biden. President Trump had Iran on their knees, deprived of income, But Obama/Biden have done they can to furnish Iran with billions of dollars. Direct payments from the U.S. as well.
Around 40 rockets were recently fired at Galilee from Lebanon.
There are currently no reports of injuries, as the Iron Dome was able to intercept many of the rockets.

Iron Dome, first deployed in 2011, is central to Israel’s air defense strategy. It integrates radar detection with a targeting computer and interceptor missiles to identify and neutralize incoming threats. Its design prioritizes cost-effectiveness, firing interceptors only when necessary. Despite its high success rate, the system has been strained by the low-flying or fast-moving projectiles used by Hezbollah, which can sometimes evade detection or interception.
Yehoshua Kalisky, a senior researcher at the Institute for National Security Studies in Tel Aviv, notes that while Iron Dome has a highly effective radar system, it struggles against certain tactics like anti-tank missiles and low-flying drones made from materials that don’t reflect radar well. Additionally, the system is challenged by environmental factors such as birds, which can trigger false alarms.

The challenge posed by Hezbollah is significantly different from previous conflicts with Gaza-based groups, according to Zvika Haimovich, a retired brigadier general and former head of Israeli air defenses. Hezbollah’s vast and varied arsenal presents a unique threat, with potential to target the Iron Dome systems directly.
Netanyahu still claims he will destroy Hamas and deal with Hezbollah. Only time will tell now, as Biden and the Deep State have ordered him to stop
