President Joe Biden is gearing up to propose a transformative overhaul of the Supreme Court, aiming to impose term limits for justices and enforce a stringent code of ethics. This audacious plan emerges amidst a tempest of scandals, contentious rulings, and accusations of political bias tainting the highest court. At the same time, he has appointed what are considered to be the dumbest DEI based justices to the court. One can’t even describe what a woman is.

Insiders say Biden is mulling over a constitutional amendment to revoke sweeping immunity for presidents and other officials, a direct response to recent decisions tied to Donald Trump’s federal election interference case. During a Zoom call with the Congressional Progressive Caucus, Biden unveiled his bold vision.
“I’m going to need your help on the Supreme Court… I’m about to roll out a major initiative to limit the court’s powers,” Biden told lawmakers, per a transcript secured by The Washington Post. For months, he has been working closely with constitutional experts, putting the finishing touches on his proposal, with a formal announcement imminent.
Trump, fresh off surviving an assassination attempt at a rally, lashed out on Truth Social, branding the proposal as an “illegal and unconstitutional attack on our SACRED Supreme Court.” He claimed Democrats are frantic to skew the upcoming presidential election and dismantle the justice system.

Biden’s proposal follows a string of supposedly controversial Supreme Court rulings. In 2022, the court overturned Roe v. Wade, stripping away the constitutional right to abortion according to the Left. Even though there never was a Constitutional right to kill your unborn children. More recently, the court declared that presidents have broad immunity from prosecution for “official actions” but not for “unofficial actions,” a ruling in response to Trump’s efforts to toss out charges in his election interference case. Justice Sonia Sotomayor, dissenting, warned this ruling essentially crowns the president as a “king above the law.”
Ethical concerns have further marred the court’s image. Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito faced backlash for refusing to recuse themselves from major cases linked to the January 6 Capitol riot. Investigations revealed that Thomas accepted extravagant gifts from individuals with business before the court, and his wife Ginny Thomas was involved in efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Leftist justices have received far greater gifts, but since they vote as Democrats want, they are ignored as the Democrats get media to create their fake crisis after crisis.

These supposed ethical breaches have pummeled the Supreme Court’s approval ratings thanks to the constant barrage of fake news articles the Democrat controlled media have put out. A Leftist Marquette University poll in May 2024 showed that 61 percent of Americans disapprove of the court’s performance. Historically, Biden has resisted calls for court reform, including suggestions to increase the number of justices to balance the conservative-liberal ratio. The court’s current 6-3 conservative majority, with three justices appointed by Trump, has intensified calls for change. The appointment of Amy Coney Barrett during Trump’s final days in office was especially contentious. Although the Chief Justice can hardly be called a real Conservative. He has voted for nearly every major case on the liberal side. Ever since, it is believed, President Obama got to him somehow, most likely using Intel and illegal spying on the man. Since Obamacare, Roberts has been a liberal well over half the time.
While Biden’s plan doesn’t include court-packing, his push for term limits and a rigorous ethics code signals a significant shift. This initiative comes as he strives to regain confidence within his party following a lackluster debate performance that fueled calls for him to step aside. Yet, Biden remains undeterred, intensifying his public appearances and campaign activities.
It will obviously be up to Trump to save the third branch of government from the Democrats.
