Shame Elvis isn’t around. I have a feeling he would have taken care of business for her.
Priscilla Presley, 79, has launched a lawsuit accusing four former business associates—Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, Vahe Sislyan, and Lynn Walker Wright—of orchestrating a calculated scheme of financial abuse. Presley alleges that these individuals manipulated her into signing contracts that handed over 80% of her income, resulting in over $1 million in losses. The suit, filed Thursday, includes claims of financial elder abuse, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and legal malpractice.

The lawsuit paints a picture of a “meticulously planned and abhorrent scheme” designed to exploit an elderly woman by gaining her trust and isolating her from key figures in her life. Presley’s attorney, Martin Singer, contends that the defendants aimed to force the ex-wife of Elvis Presley into “indentured servitude,” taking the majority of any future earnings.
According to court documents, the relationship between Presley and the accused began in 2021 when she met Brigitte Kruse, who operated an Elvis Presley memorabilia shop. The defendants allegedly persuaded Presley that her previous advisors were either deceitful or incompetent, convincing her she was missing out on millions of dollars. This led to Presley granting them power of attorney and control over her family and personal trusts, as well as her bank accounts.

Presley claims the group initiated a lawsuit against her for breach of contract in Florida once their alleged scheme was uncovered. Now, she seeks a jury trial and at least $1 million in damages, in addition to attorney’s fees. Presley is also requesting special and punitive damages, along with both preliminary and permanent injunctive relief.
This lawsuit adds to the Presley family’s recent troubles. In May, Elvis’s Graceland mansion nearly went to auction before a foreclosure was halted. Authorities intervened after Presley’s granddaughter, Riley Keough, revealed that a fake company had forged documents claiming her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, had taken out a multimillion-dollar loan secured by Graceland. This attempted sale is now under federal investigation.
