Zuckerberg helped defeat Trump in 2020 by paying poll workers to work their wonders. Was it all on the orders of the Deep State? That’s what I want to know.
Former President Donald Trump shared a surprising twist in his relationship with Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg after surviving the assassination attempt on July 13. During a Thursday interview with Maria Bartiromo, Trump recounted a supportive phone call from Zuckerberg, a former critic.

Zuckerberg reportedly praised Trump for his resilience, calling him a “badass” for standing up after being shot and pumping his fist in the air. This iconic moment, captured in a photo of Trump’s blood-smeared face in front of an American flag, was set for Time Magazine’s August cover but was mistakenly censored by Facebook. Zuckerberg called to apologize for the error and to express his admiration for Trump’s bravery.

“Mark Zuckerberg called me a few times. After the event, he said, ‘That was really amazing, that was very brave,’” Trump told Bartiromo. “He even announced he wouldn’t support a Democrat because he respected what I did that day.” Trump also mentioned Zuckerberg’s apology for the censorship mistake, noting, “He said they corrected it.” However, Trump pointed out that no one from Google reached out about a similar issue, criticizing the company’s behavior as “very irresponsible.”
Trump continued, suggesting that Congress might take drastic action against Google due to its perceived irresponsibility. “I have a feeling that Google’s going to be close to shut down because I don’t think Congress is gonna take it,” he stated.

Nobody called from Google.”

Facebook has faced scrutiny from Washington since the 2016 elections over allegations that Russian operatives used the platform to spread disinformation. In response, Zuckerberg promised to reduce false political rhetoric and restricted political advertising to lower the temperature of online discourse. He has also reshaped his public image, engaging in activities like kickboxing and posting patriotic videos.
Interestingly, Zuckerberg’s support aligns him with Elon Musk, owner of X, indicating a divide in Silicon Valley. Despite personal reservations, some tech leaders, like Musk and Zuckerberg, view Trump as potentially beneficial for business. Meanwhile, others, like Reid Hoffman and Vinod Khosla, have pledged support for Kamala Harris, reflecting a broader ideological split within the industry.
