Despite having rapper Machine Gun Kelly by his side, who even interfered by striking Knight with brass knuckles, Paul couldn’t retain his title. Knight’s finisher, “BFT” (Blunt Force Trauma), sealed the victory for the fan-favorite wrestler.
This victory marks LA Knight’s first title in WWE. Knight had previously feuded with Roman Reigns in 2023 but was never booked to defeat the then-Undisputed Champion.
Logan Paul won the U.S. title by defeating Rey Mysterio at WWE Crown Jewel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in April 2023. He successfully defended his title at the Royal Rumble in January and in a triple threat match at WrestleMania 40.
