Johnny Wactor, a former actor known for his role on “General Hospital,” was tragically shot and killed in an incident involving the theft of a catalytic converter from his car in Los Angeles, as confirmed by his family this Sunday.

The event took place around 3 a.m. Saturday in downtown Los Angeles, when Wactor encountered three individuals tampering with his vehicle. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the situation escalated rapidly when Wactor, thinking his car was being towed, approached the men. One of the suspects, wearing a mask, fired at Wactor, leading to his immediate injury.
After the shooting, the three suspects fled the scene in their vehicle. Wactor was quickly transported to a hospital, but unfortunately, he did not survive his injuries. As of the latest reports, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
