Illegal immigrants surged across the US border in San Diego County just 12 hours after Joe Biden announced his new executive order on asylum seekers. Biden held a border security press conference on Tuesday in the East Room, touting his new asylum restrictions. However, more than 15 million illegal immigrants, primarily military-age males, have entered the US during Biden’s tenure, raising concerns about border security.

In his first 100 days, Biden took 94 executive actions that critics argue have contributed to the deterioration of border control. Despite presenting new ‘asylum restrictions,’ asylum remains available to thousands of illegal immigrants released into the US daily. Reports indicate that Biden’s supposed border crackdown will still permit around 1.8 million illegals to enter the US annually.

A Fox News reporter encountered illegal border crossers, mostly adult males, from Colombia and Venezuela in Jacumba, California, shortly after Biden’s announcement. Notably, unvetted groups of men from the Middle East, including “Special Interest Aliens” from Egypt, Jordan, and Turkey, were also observed crossing into Jacumba. Special Interest Aliens are illegal immigrants deemed to pose a national security threat based on travel patterns and origin.
The open border policies under Biden’s administration have raised concerns about national security and the safety of American citizens. One Jordanian man admitted to the reporter that he entered the US for work rather than seeking asylum, acknowledging that he knowingly broke the law but did not care.
Critics argue that Biden’s lenient approach to border control is endangering Americans and allowing potential threats to enter the country unchecked. They argue that Biden’s policies have incentivized illegal immigration and failed to adequately address the challenges posed by illegal border crossings. Yet they have still done nothing at all. Deep State McCarthy was replaced with Deep State Johnson, and both men only sound good for the camera while doing absolutely nothing to help this nation.
On the other hand, supporters of Biden’s approach argue that asylum is a fundamental right for individuals fleeing persecution and violence in their home countries. They emphasize the need for a compassionate and humane immigration system that upholds international obligations while balancing national security concerns. They do this in all western nations as it is in the west, where the money is. You never do see all of the Marxist controlled ‘compassionate’ groups speaking about immigration to Brazil, or Egypt, or Turkey or China.

Finding a balance between these competing interests remains a complex and contentious issue for policymakers and the public alike. Unfortunately, with the Left, there is no balance.
