The Biden Administration has used all excuses to get as many millions into the United States, and as quickly as possible before the November elections. What these Leftists are doing is giving all illegals and all migrants free cell phones. These cell phones are then contacted by various NGOs. The message given is along the lines of: please register to vote. Do not worry about the legalities, get your driver’s license and vote for Joe Biden. If you do not, the orange man will get in and will cut off your welfare payments and throw you out of the country. Keep this in mind every time you see the now 7500-10K people per month that surrender to get the welfare benefits, which are currently $2200 per month plus many other goodies.
Yesterday, Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro N. Mayorkas announced an 18-month extension and redesignation of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haiti, effective from August 4, 2024, to February 3, 2026. This decision comes in response to the ongoing adverse conditions in Haiti, which include violence, limited access to healthcare, food, and water, as well as vulnerability to natural disasters such as floods, mudslides, and earthquakes.

The decision was made following consultations with various government agencies and reflects the continued challenges that have created dire humanitarian needs in Haiti. Secretary Mayorkas emphasized that this move aligns with the humanitarian objectives of the TPS legislation and the U.S. commitment to supporting individuals from regions experiencing severe instability.
The redesignation allows approximately 309,000 Haitians, or stateless individuals who last resided in Haiti, to apply for TPS if they were residing in the United States as of June 3, 2024, and have maintained continuous residence since that date. Those eligible under this provision can register during the period from July 1, 2024, through February 3, 2026. Applicants may also seek authorization for employment and travel during this period.
Conversely, Haitian nationals who arrived in the U.S. after June 3, 2024, are not eligible for TPS under this extension and may be subject to deportation unless they can legally justify their stay in the country.
After a long fought battle, Victory!! TPS has been redesignated and extended for Haiti 🇭🇹

Current TPS beneficiaries from Haiti are required to re-register between July 1, 2024, and August 30, 2024, to maintain their status and eligibility for employment authorization through February 3, 2026. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is also extending the validity of certain Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) until August 3, 2025, to bridge any gaps before new EADs are issued.
Additionally, this extension does not apply to individuals who were not in the United States on or before June 3, 2024. U.S. policies, including the Securing the Border Presidential Proclamation and related measures, continue to be enforced vigorously. This includes repatriating individuals who attempt to enter the U.S. unlawfully. In the context of such enforcement, over 24,000 noncitizens have been deported or repatriated to various countries.

DHS will also continue to process applications filed under previous TPS designations for Haiti. Those with applications pending as of July 1, 2024, need not reapply. Approved applicants will receive TPS and an EAD valid until February 3, 2026. The DHS is also pulling this same scam with Palestinians, and they still hope to import hundreds of thousands before November to help Biden.
