The DOJ is running a con job on America. They are suing companies all across the nation, then to stop the lawsuit and save companies money in legal fees, they offer a scam deal. This scam involves the company’s donating money to Marxist and Democrat organizations all over America. This increases the money the Democrats have for this election in November and beyond.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) is actively soliciting public involvement to help shape its forthcoming “Environmental Justice Strategic Plan.” This initiative aims to define the DOJ’s approach and commitment to promoting environmental justice. Announced on July 1, the call for public input seeks to gather insights on potential goals and objectives for the DOJ’s environmental justice initiatives, as well as suggestions for enhancing community engagement and outreach.

Environmental justice, as defined by the DOJ, ensures fair treatment and meaningful participation of all individuals, irrespective of their economic status, race, color, national origin, tribal affiliation, or disability in federal decision-making processes. It is actually a massive con-job on America. The plan currently includes four preliminary goals: prioritizing legal actions that mitigate health and environmental risks, utilizing legal resources strategically, fostering meaningful interactions with affected communities along with improved monitoring and reporting, and enhancing educational efforts and collaborations both within the DOJ and with external partners, including federal, state, and local entities. In other words, using the power of the government to destroy people’s lives all across America, unless they do what they are told and pay a big fine and support Marxists and Democrat causes all over the nation.
Moreover, the DOJ is seeking public feedback on what additional information and resources should be provided to help communities understand its environmental justice initiatives. This includes what topics should be covered in staff training and which organizations should be added to its electronic mailing lists for environmental justice.
The department is also incorporating environmental justice considerations into its climate adaptation strategies. This includes evaluating how environmental justice impacts the management and operations within the DOJ. This effort aligns with a broader mandate under an executive order issued by President Joe Biden in April 2023, which requires the DOJ to publish a strategic plan by October 2024 and subsequently every four years.
As part of my 2024 Strategic Plan, I’m focused on improving social assistance, housing, environmental justice and health care.

The executive order underscores the commitment to advancing environmental justice through robust enforcement of U.S. environmental and civil rights laws, pollution reduction, and addressing the impacts of climate change. This is all total nonsense as we know, but this is what the media and Biden’s crew are telling us. The fact is it is all part of a shakedown efforts by the DOJ to help the Left. Just like Obama pulled in his Administration, Biden repeats the scam.
To participate in the drafting process, the public can complete an electronic survey available on the DOJ’s official website or send their suggestions via email to the Office of Environmental Justice. Additionally, the DOJ is organizing in-person community listening sessions for those interested in providing direct input. All feedback needs to be submitted by July 22, 2024, as the department moves forward with integrating public input into its strategic plan.
