Porsche has introduced the Turbo S E-Hybrid, its most powerful Panamera yet, following a recent Nürburgring record. This new model boasts an electrified V-8 engine with significant power and battery enhancements.
The Turbo S E-Hybrid features a twin-turbo 4.0-liter engine generating 591 horsepower. Additionally, the electric motor built into the eight-speed, dual-clutch automatic transmission provides 187 horsepower. This combined power output of 771 hp is 81 hp more than the previous model, with torque increased by 96 pound-feet to 737 lb-ft.

Thanks to this increased power, the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid now accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds, two-tenths of a second faster than before. Its top speed is 202 mph, an 8 mph improvement. The battery pack’s gross capacity has also been raised by 45% to 25.9 kilowatt-hours, enhancing its electric range.
As the flagship model, the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid comes standard with high-end features like ceramic brakes and forged 21-inch centerlock wheels. Optional upgrades include an aero kit and Michelin tires, which enhance downforce and performance.

Porsche is accepting orders for the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid at a starting price of $228,495. For those seeking a more affordable option, the Panamera lineup now includes the GTS trim for the 2025 model year, priced at $156,195. While not as powerful as the Turbo S E-Hybrid, the GTS is noted for its agility, featuring a 493 hp engine and enhanced driving dynamics.
Both the Turbo S E-Hybrid and GTS models are expected to arrive at U.S. dealers by the end of Q1 2025.
