As these companies begin their descent into Leftist, Marxist ideology, DEI efforts become more and more public, upsetting the traditional customers who prefer freedom and the free market.
Farm equipment manufacturer John Deere announced it is scaling back its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. In a statement released on Tuesday, the company detailed changes to internal policies, emphasizing that customer trust and confidence are paramount. As part of these changes, John Deere will no longer participate in or support external social or cultural awareness events.

John Deere also announced an audit of company-mandated training materials and policies to remove socially motivated messages. The company reaffirmed that diversity quotas and pronoun identification are not part of its policy. This move comes in response to feedback from customers and aims to align internal policies with business strategies to better serve their needs.
Oh, geez. Pathetic.

Additionally, all employee resource groups at John Deere will now focus exclusively on professional development, networking, mentoring, and talent recruitment. The announcement did not cite specific customer feedback, but it follows a social media campaign by conservative activist Robby Starbuck, who accused the company of funding Pride events and encouraging gender-based pronoun usage.
