Family and friends arrived adorned in Regency-era attire reminiscent of the lavish balls from Shonda Rhimes’ hit Netflix period drama. Notably, J.Lo’s mother, Guadalupe Rodríguez, graced the event in a short-sleeve, empire waist, pastel blue gown with a delicate white lace overlay, capturing the evening’s opulent spirit.
Interestingly, Lopez, whose actual birthday is on July 24, and her husband Ben Affleck were not seen outside the venue. The couple has been at the center of split rumors in recent months, adding a layer of intrigue to the event. Their absence from public view during such a significant celebration only fueled speculation.
The party took place shortly after the couple spent their second wedding anniversary on opposite coasts. While Lopez stayed in the Hamptons, Affleck was in Los Angeles. Lopez and Affleck haven’t been photographed together for over a month. In June, Lopez vacationed solo in Italy, raising more questions about their relationship. Initially set to begin her This Is Me…Live tour in June, Live Nation announced in May that the tour was canceled. Lopez decided to take time off to focus on her children, family, and close friends. The singer, who shares twins Max and Emme, 16, with ex-husband Marc Anthony, expressed her sorrow in a heartfelt statement.
