    Why are they hiding it? Landmark Ruling: CDC Ordered to Disclose Post-Vaccination Data

    This is a very big deal. 7.8 million entries detailing serious adverse events and side effects from the COVID jabs. V-safe, the vaccine safety monitoring system rolled out for COVID-19 vaccines, was touted by CDC as part of “the most intensive safety monitoring effort in U.S. history.” But despite continued claims that the vaccines are safe and effective, CDC refused to release the V-safe data to back this up. As ICAN supporters will recall, it took two previous lawsuits, for ICAN to finally obtain the check-the-box portion of the V-safe data, which can be found on our V-safe Dashboard.     These are fields where users could type in up to 250 characters about anything they wanted, such as details on their additional symptoms or their medical care. One of the reasons the free-text data is so important is because the check-the-box data previously released to ICAN, beyond being able to report seeking medical care or being unable to perform normal life functions, only tracked minor and generalized reactions such as “Chills,” “Headache,” “Fatigue or tiredness,” and “Vomiting.” Thus, the only place for participants to report serious and anticipated adverse reactions, including myocarditis, was in these free-text fields, making this data crucial to understanding COVID-19 vaccines’ safety profile and our federal health authorities’ resulting actions.

This is a huge win for transparency.

    In a recent ruling, a federal court has mandated that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) must disclose information provided by individuals who experienced issues post-COVID-19 vaccination. This decision pertains to the release of 7.8 million free-text entries from V-safe, a vaccine surveillance system operated by the CDC.

    The CDC estimates that 81% of Americans (270 million +) received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine. That still blows my mind. Folks be trusting their government WAY TOO MUCH.     Previously, data from V-safe, made available in 2022 due to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, revealed that 25 percent of participants experienced disruptions in their daily lives, such as missing school or work, following vaccination. Additionally, almost 8 percent sought medical attention, including hospitalization, after receiving the vaccine. This information, collected through checkboxes in the system, prompted the court order for the release of free-text entries.

    The CDC initially resisted the release of these entries, citing concerns about the inclusion of private information. Government lawyers representing the CDC argued that the responses contained personally identifiable information that should remain confidential. They further contended that manually reviewing and redacting the information would be an unreasonably burdensome task, estimating it would take 59 years for one worker to complete.

    However, U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, appointed by former President Donald Trump, rejected the CDC’s arguments in a recent lawsuit. Despite acknowledging the burden of producing the free-text responses, the judge deemed it not unreasonable and mandated the CDC to go through the records, redacting personally identifiable information in compliance with FOIA. He asserted that evidence suggested only about 7 percent of the records would require redactions.

    The judge emphasized the significance of these materials for individuals who encountered issues post-vaccination, stating that the production of free-text data would empower independent researchers to thoroughly assess available data. He noted that CDC studies on V-safe data had thus far covered only the initial weeks post-vaccination, while the surveys collected data for up to a year after vaccination.

    The CDC is now required to produce a minimum of 390,000 free-text entries by Feb. 15, as per the court’s ruling. The Freedom Coalition of Doctors for Choice, the entity that initiated the case in 2023, announced that the entries would be made accessible on its website.

    V-safe, introduced during the COVID-19 pandemic, operates as a CDC-run system where participants input information through a mobile application. The system prompts users to provide basic details such as their name and answer various questions using checkboxes, including whether they experienced disruptions in their routine post-vaccination. Participants can also add additional information in a free-text area.

    It is noteworthy that the checkboxes in the V-safe system did not encompass many adverse events that the CDC had anticipated COVID-19 vaccines might induce, as per previously disclosed documents.     The Informed Consent Action Network, responsible for the case leading to the partial disclosure of V-safe data, highlighted a free-text entry from a user expressing distress and seeking help. The user detailed symptoms, including nausea and vomiting, and mentioned going to the emergency department. Despite reaching out to the CDC, the user claimed to have received no response or assistance from public health authorities.

    In response to the ruling, the Informed Consent Action Network emphasized that it sends a clear message to federal agencies, indicating that the public is not moving on and forgetting about the pandemic or the actions taken by these agencies. The CDC has not issued any public comments regarding the court’s decision.

    Here’s something you won’t hear from the TV. The CDC told you that the COVID-19 “vaccine” would reduce the risk of so-called long COVID, but a study has found the exact opposite to be true. When you crunch all the numbers, the study showed that a person who received two doses of the COVID-19 “vaccine” prior to actually getting infected with COVID was 2.32 times more likely to develop long COVID than an unvaccinated individual.
