    House Judiciary Report Exposes Biden Administration’s Struggle at the Southern Border

    A recent House Judiciary Committee report, incorporating previously undisclosed data, sheds new light on the deepening crisis at the southern border. The findings reveal that the Biden administration, through immigration court removal proceedings, failed to deport approximately 99.7 percent of the 3.3 million illegal immigrants encountered and subsequently released into U.S. communities.

    NEW The House Judiciary Committee and its Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement released an interim staff report titled, “New Data Reveal Worsening Magnitude of The Biden Border Crisis and Lack of Interior Immigration Enforcement.” This report includes new, nonpublic data and offers an updated assessment of the failures of President Biden’s open-borders policies. – Stephanie Myers

    The report’s executive summary starkly states, “Three years into the Biden administration, the crisis at the southwest border is worse than ever.” From January 20, 2021, when President Joe Biden took office, until September 30, 2023, there were nearly 6 million illegal immigrant encounters, with approximately half of them, around 3.1 million individuals, having no confirmed departure from the United States as of the latter date.

    However, the actual number of illegal immigrants without confirmed departure is likely much higher. The 3.1 million figure excludes an estimated 1.7 million “gotaways” and any releases from encounters between October and December of the previous year, estimated at about 386,500.  There are also hundreds of thousands more flown directly into the United States that Biden and crew are hiding. President Trump estimates the number in since Biden was installed as President, is well over 15 million.

    The report highlights that 3.3 million illegal immigrants have been released into the United States since January 20, 2021. Additionally, at least 617,607 illegal immigrants on Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s non-detained docket have pending criminal charges or criminal convictions, with the Biden administration removing nearly 60 percent fewer individuals with criminal convictions and charges in 2023 compared to 2019.

    New data in the report reveals that, between January 20, 2021, and September 30, 2023, the Biden administration removed only 10,522 illegal immigrants through immigration court removal proceedings, indicating a failure to remove approximately 99.7 percent of these individuals. They are scamming the numbers and will never admit any facts. it is as if we are Communist China now, and the government just lies and makes up figures at will. Whatever fits the current storyline.

    The report estimates that, under the Biden administration, there has been just one removal for every 26 illegal entries, emphasizing the severity of the situation. The GOP-led committee squarely blames the crisis on the Biden administration’s “radical open-border immigration policies,” asserting that chaos reigns at the southwest border with record-high encounters and releases.

    Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, facing GOP-led impeachment hearings over his handling of the border crisis, stated in early January that over 70 percent of illegal immigrants were being released into U.S. communities after an initial arrest. He noted that the number released since President Biden took office aligns with the 3.3 million figures in the committee’s report. He is of course lying as the number is far higher. In the millions higher. It is so high, the cost is estimated this year to be 451 billion just for illegals, according to Congress. Money, we do not have. Clearly, Mayorkas and Biden are doing all they can to bankrupt the United States.

    Mayorkas denied responsibility for the surge, attributing it to the outdated and broken immigration system that has needed reform for decades. He also pointed to a lack of funding from Congress, where negotiations over President Biden’s requests for aid to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan, including border security funding, have been ongoing. The man never stops lying. He knows full well all funds applied are immediately used to increase th number of illegals entering. Therefore, he is a con artist, who even this week has lied to the press yet again, stating ‘the border is secure’. In what world, Mr. Mayorkas. You need to face justice as you are killing Americans with the open border. You are allowing terrorists in, as well as Chinese troops, which are now stationed all over America, ready to attack. YOU did this to us, Mr. Mayorkas, You, Biden and the Democrat Party. Yes we know, the RINOS helped. Deep State Johnson, the current Speaker helped yet again today, betraying America and keeping the border wide open to continue the assault on our dollar, and freedom and lives of the countless killed by Chinese drugs pouring over the border.
