    Texas Defies Biden Administration, Initiates Arrests in Border Clash – Latest…

    In a bold move to defend Texas and America, Texas authorities initiated the arrest of illegal immigrants at Shelby Park in Eagle Pass starting Wednesday, defying a cease-and-desist letter from the Biden administration. The letter demanded an end to the state’s interference with U.S. Border Patrol operations at the site, which has been used for mass illegal entry. The Biden Admin does not want anything to interfere with the influx of millions of illegals as these people are instrumental in bankrupting the U.S. within a few years. Biden is paying $2200 per month in welfare to all illegals, plus many other benefits. The announcement of these arrests by Texas was made by Lt. Chris Olivarez at the Texas Department of Public Safety, communicated through social media.

    According to Mr. Olivarez, single adult migrant men and women were taken into state custody and charged with criminal trespassing under a new state law signed by Governor Greg Abbott. The law, set to take effect in March, empowers police to arrest and charge individuals suspected of entering the country illegally. However, its implementation is currently under legal scrutiny by the Justice Department.

    Under the authority of Governor Greg Abbott’s Border Disaster Declaration, Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS) troopers took action to enforce criminal trespassing laws on adult men and women at Shelby Park. In a tweet, Mr. Olivarez emphasized Texas’s commitment to maintaining a proactive stance in curbing illegal border crossings between ports of entry.

    Accompanying the social media post by Governor Abbott and others were photos and video footage showing officers conducting searches, handcuffing multiple individuals, and leading them into police vehicles. This marks the first instance of such arrests since Texas authorities assumed control of Shelby Park earlier in the month—a strategic move to address the surge in illegal border crossings. The Biden Admin is fuming. How dare Texas want to stop illegals from entering and bankrupting America!

The Leftist run Department of Homeland Security (DHS) had previously demanded that Texas cease obstructing federal Border Patrol agents’ access to the area, situated alongside the Rio Grande. The federal government contends that Texas has impeded Border Patrol operations, violating federal law and the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution. The Feds do not understand that they are supposed to defend the borders, not help illegals infiltrate. Actually they do understand, as this is all part of their plans to destroy this nation.

    The number of arrests made by Texas officials during this operation is yet to be disclosed. However, the detentions are significant given the ongoing struggle over control of Shelby Park—a region notorious for illegal immigration.

    The recent arrests come in the wake of a tragic incident on January 12 when a woman and two children drowned in the Rio Grande. The DHS attributed the deaths to Texas officials physically barring Border Patrol agents from entering the area. The White House seized upon this tragedy to criticize Governor Abbott’s policies.  They have now been proven to be lying, as usual. The Biden Admin, under the control of Obama, has lied as much as Red China does. Nothing they say can trusted. They prove it every day and every week. Just look at the border where they lie and say ‘the border is secure’.  They think you are a moron.

    In response to a cease-and-desist letter from DHS, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton defended the state’s actions. Mr. Paxton asserted that the “facts and law side with Texas,” emphasizing the state’s constitutional authority to protect its territory. He labeled the White House’s attempt to blame Texas for the immigrants’ deaths as “vile” and “completely inaccurate.”

    Despite conflicting accounts from the Texas Military Department, which argued that Border Patrol agents sought access after the drownings had occurred, DHS issued an ultimatum to Texas, demanding an end to the obstruction of Border Patrol’s access to the area by Wednesday. Failure to comply would result in the matter being referred to the Department of Justice for further action.
