    The judge overseeing the election-related case against former President Donald Trump in Washington has hinted at potential delays in the trial, originally scheduled for March 4. U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan pointed out that the special counsel is currently restricted from filing substantive motions without permission while an appeal, based on presidential immunity grounds, is pending in a higher court. ‘Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan is a radical left-wing judge and comes from a long line of Marxists in Jamaica. Leftist buffoon Special Counsel Jack Smith is another radical left-wing political operative whose mission is nothing more than to destroy President Trump.     Judge Chutkan, in an order issued on Thursday, clarified that the March 4 trial date was set in August of the previous year to provide adequate time for both President Trump’s legal team and the special counsel to prepare for the case. However, the federal judge paused the case in December due to President Trump’s ongoing appeal, and she has now decided to maintain this pause.

    ‘In shocking news, Judge Chutkan denied Trump’s motion to find Jack Smith in contempt for defying hold on pretrial schedule. Smith filed what is clearly a pretrial motion–but Chutkan says just bc the deadline is on hold doesn’t mean Smith can’t file or something something…- said Julie Kelly

    According to the judge, diligent defense counsel will need to review each substantive motion filed by the government to determine whether further action is necessary. Consequently, she ordered that neither party is allowed to file any additional substantive pretrial motions without prior approval from the court. The defendant is assured that choosing not to respond at this time will not result in the forfeiture of any arguments or rights.

    The ruling also clarified that the elapsed weeks since President Trump’s appeal to the higher court will not impact the timeline of the election-related case when the pause concludes. The judge emphasized that deadlines will not be set based on assumptions about the defendant’s preparations.

    While it remains unclear whether the judge’s comments explicitly indicate a potential trial delay, several weeks have passed since the appeal-related pause. President Trump’s case asserting presidential immunity is still ongoing in the District of Columbia’s Circuit Court of Appeals.

    Judge Chutkan stated that the former president could raise objections to recent filings by the special counsel if the appeals court sends the case back while she establishes a new schedule.

    Complicating the scheduling further, President Trump is set to face another trial in Florida in May, where he is accused of illegally mishandling classified documents. The judge denied the former president’s request to hold the accuser in contempt for continuing to file notices and motions during the pause, stating that the prosecution was not acting in bad faith.

    In the ongoing appeal, President Trump’s attorneys argue that he is immune from prosecution, claiming that his actions following the 2020 election were part of his official presidential duties. The case holds significant implications for both the criminal case against President Trump and the untested legal question of whether a former president can be prosecuted for actions taken while in office. This leaves President Obama open for prosecution as well, for killing American citizens with a drone strike, while in office, among other violations of the U.S. Constitution.

    Some analysts speculate that the case might eventually reach the U.S. Supreme Court. In December, the Supreme Court declined a swift ruling on the matter and sent it back to the lower court. Trump’s lawyer, John Sauer, argued before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals that investigating a former president’s official activities would represent a drastic departure from centuries of U.S. history. He warned that such a precedent could lead to politically motivated cases against future presidents.

    Sauer emphasized the potential consequences, stating, “To authorize the prosecution of a president for official acts would open a Pandora’s box from which this nation may never recover.” He expressed concerns that presidents might hesitate to make controversial decisions if they fear legal repercussions after leaving office.

    President Trump, echoing these sentiments on Truth Social, emphasized the need for full immunity for a president to function properly. He warned that without such immunity, even well-intended mistakes could lead to indictment by political opponents at the end of a term, causing years of legal turmoil.  We all know he has zero chance of getting a fair trial anywhere, with the Deep State gunning for him. It will ultimately be up to the Supreme Court to decide.  But, knowing that the Chief Justice himself appears to be compromised since Obama was in office, doing as he is told in cases such as Obamacare, against the Constitution, one can only hope that the Supreme Court will even take the case. You never can tell with the Deep State and their power over all officials, knowing they have total illegal access to every cell phone call, every email, every text sent by everyone for decades. using these illegally has provided the Deep State with enough ammunition to convince even the most patriotic to turn their back on America and freedom.

For if they do not, then America will see revolution, one way or another.
