‘Biden is committing treason by allowing an invasion of our southern border. On top of that, he’s trying to incite a civil war with Texas for protecting itself. We need a president that will put AMERICA FIRST. VOTE TRUMP!, said Vernon Jones. ‘Trump Urges Republican-Led States to Send National Guard to Assist Texas at Southern Border, In order to assist Governor Greg Abbott in fending off a perceived “invasion” at the southern border, former President Donald Trump urged states controlled by Republicans to dispatch National Guard members to Texas, Wayne Dupree said (see article)
In an evening message on Truth Social, the front-runner for the Republican nomination said that President Joe Biden was “aiding and abetting a vast invasion of millions of illegal migrants.”
In a recent development, former President Donald Trump has called on states to deploy National Guard troops to Texas, escalating the ongoing feud with the Biden administration over the use of razor wire fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border. Trump, in a statement on January 25, urged willing states to send their guards to Texas to prevent the entry of illegal immigrants and to remove them back across the border.
There are reports that the Biden administration is now threatening military action against the Texas National Guard unless they remove the National Guard from the border by 1 pm EST! This is absurd- Laura Loomer
The call comes in support of Texas Governor Greg Abbott, who declared an “invasion” on January 24, citing the Biden administration’s failure to repel the influx of illegal immigrants. Abbott invoked the so-called “Invasion Clause” of the U.S. Constitution, asserting the state’s right to self-defense under Article I, § 10, Clause 3.
President Trump expressed solidarity with Governor Abbott’s move, emphasizing the importance of protecting the safety, security, and sovereignty of Texas and the American people. He accused President Biden of abandoning efforts to secure the border and accused him of actively facilitating a “massive invasion” of illegal immigrants.
HAPPENING NOW: Donald Trump, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and 25 states have backed Texas in their fight against the Biden administration.

The ongoing conflict reached the U.S. Supreme Court, which, on January 22, ruled in favor of the Biden administration, allowing federal agents to cut Texas’ concertina wire barriers. Unfazed by the court order, Governor Abbott announced his intention to add more razor wire to further secure the border, emphasizing the state’s commitment to safeguarding its territory.
As tensions escalate, a Republican senator, J.D. Vance of Ohio, introduced the State Border Security Act on Thursday. The bill aims to prevent the federal government from removing fencing erected by states, such as the concertina wire fencing in Texas, within 25 miles of the southern border. Vance emphasized the need for states to defend their territories if the federal government fails to take action.
A similar bill, the Restricting Administration Zealots from Obliging Raiders (RAZOR) Act, was introduced in the House by Rep. Mike Collins of Georgia. Both bills reflect a growing frustration with the Biden administration’s immigration policies and the Supreme Court’s recent decision to allow the removal of Texas’ razor wire barriers.
I am on my way to the warzone at the Southern Border to stand with Texas, @gregabbott_tx, and the National Guard.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) defended the court’s ruling, asserting that immigration law enforcement is a federal responsibility. The DHS criticized Texas for hindering frontline personnel and making it harder to enforce immigration laws safely, humanely, and in an orderly manner.
BREAKING: The Border Patrol Union says it will not start arresting Texas National Guard members for “following their lawful orders.”
Border Patrol just told the Biden administration they will not be used for their treason.

The razor wire dispute stems from Texas’ response to record numbers of illegal border crossings. Governor Abbott’s decision to install razor wire and implement other measures led to a legal battle with the Biden administration. Despite initial victories for Texas in lower courts, the Supreme Court ultimately sided with the Biden administration on January 22, allowing Border Patrol agents to remove razor wire while the legal challenge continues.
DeSantis is smart AF. He’s sending Florida State Guard to Texas instead of Florida National Guard so Biden can’t federalize them.

The court’s decision sparked controversy, with critics arguing that it undermines state sovereignty and reinforces the federal government’s authority in border enforcement. The legal battle highlights the broader debate over immigration policies, with Republicans advocating for stronger state roles in securing the border and Democrats emphasizing federal responsibility.
As the situation unfolds, the clash between Texas and the Biden administration underscores the complexities of border security and immigration policy, leaving open questions about the balance between state autonomy and federal oversight in addressing the ongoing border crisis. We’ve all come to see what the Biden Administration is and what their intents are for our nation. Now it is up to Americans to stand up to both the Administration as well as the RINOS that are helping Biden to destroy this nation, with his Merry Marxists of the Democrat Party.
