The motion accused Wade and Willis of engaging in a clandestine and improper relationship, suggesting that Wade used funds from the District Attorney’s office for extravagant vacations with Willis.

    President Trump’s legal team supported the motion, accusing Willis of fostering racial animosity in a recent church speech. They argued that her comments injected racial bias into the case, potentially prejudicing jurors against the defendants. The motion contended that the prosecutor should be disqualified due to extensive misconduct and improper manipulation of prosecutorial power.
